The Inbox centralizes all your connected LinkedIn and email inboxes in one place, making it easy to manage conversations through the Conversations, Unread, and Interested views.
Conversations shows every LinkedIn conversation you're having through Gojiberry.
Unread highlights shows conversations with new messages you haven't seen yet.
Interested uses AI to analyze the first message in each conversation and automatically flags the ones where the lead shows genuine interest. This helps you prioritize replying to the conversations most likely to convert.
Replying from the Inbox works exactly like replying on LinkedIn itself, so there's no extra step or separate process.
If you're using email outreach, your email inbox is also available here, letting you manage and reply to those conversations from the same place as your LinkedIn messages.
Viewing Multiple Inboxes
If you have multiple LinkedIn accounts or email inboxes connected, you can easily switch between them using the inbox selector in the top-right corner.
Simply choose the account you want to view, and the Inbox will display the conversations associated with that specific LinkedIn account or email inbox.
Showing only Gojiberry contacts
If you'd rather focus only on conversations with people saved in Gojiberry, you can enable this from your Inbox settings, under Inbox & AI replies.
Turning on "Show only conversations with Gojiberry contacts" hides any LinkedIn conversations with people who aren't saved in Gojiberry, so your Inbox only shows the contacts tied to your campaigns.
