How to Find and Contact High Intent Leads with Gojiberry AI
Outreach is no longer about blasting cold emails to massive lists. Today, the most effective sales strategies rely on precision. Gojiberry AI uses powerful intent data to find the exact people who are looking for your solution right now.
Instead of searching for prospects manually, your AI agents run 24/7. They find the best leads, craft personalized messages, and execute outreach across LinkedIn and email. Therefore, your only job is to open your Unibox and close the deal.
Follow this complete tutorial to set up your Gojiberry AI account and start booking more demos.

Exclude profiles you don't want to contact, such as:
Service providers, freelancers, and consultants
People marked as Open to Work
Specific companies or keywords
Click Next Step.
Step 6 – Choose Intent Signals
Select the signals that indicate buying intent. Examples include:
Top 5% most active profiles
Recent job changes
Companies that have raised funds
Companies currently hiring
Click Next Step.
Step 7 – Track Keywords
Add keywords to monitor on LinkedIn. Any time someone posts, likes, or engages with these topics, GojiBerry will flag them as a potential lead. Examples:
AI prospecting
Multi-channel outreach
Demo booking
Lead scoring
RevOps automation
Click Next Step.
Step 8 – Track Competitors
Add competitor company names to track their followers and engaged audience. Examples: Apollo.io, Instantly AI, HubSpot.
Step 9 – Preview Leads and Launch
Click Confirm and Preview Leads to see a sample of five matching leads. If the leads look right, click Launch My Agent.
Inside Your Agent
Once launched, your agent has several tabs:
Overview
Displays overall agent performance including outreach stats and pipeline value.
Leads
Shows all leads found by the agent. GojiBerry runs multiple times per day and surfaces leads based on active intent signals such as job changes, competitor engagement, and profile activity.
Queue
Shows the upcoming outreach actions scheduled for your leads.
Sources
Displays and lets you edit your ICP settings, including job roles, industries, and intent signals. You can also add additional lead sources here:
Warm Lookalike – AI-generated lookalike audience
CSV Import – Upload your own lead list
Chrome Extension – Import from LinkedIn Search, Sales Navigator, or event attendees
Campaign
Shows the AI-generated outreach sequence. A typical LinkedIn-only sequence might look like:
Send LinkedIn connection request
Day 1: Send first message
Day 3: Send second message
Day 6: Send third message
You can add, remove, or reorder steps. Available step types include LinkedIn messages, voice messages, profile visits, and email steps (if a mailbox is connected).
For each step, you can either let AI generate the message automatically or write your own.
Activity
Shows a log of what the agent has been doing, including how many leads were scanned and how many matched each signal.
Settings
Configure agent-level settings:
LinkedIn account – connect or swap the account
Residential proxy country
Weekly limits for visits, invites, and messages (follow the recommended limits)
Launch hours and days
Review Mode – when enabled, you approve each lead and message before they are sent (useful if you want manual oversight)
Customizing AI Messages
If the default AI-generated messages aren't the right fit, you can create your own AI templates:
Go to Account Settings → AI Outreach Templates → LinkedIn Templates
Build a template using dynamic variables such as:
{first_name}– lead's first name{intent}– the detected intent signal (e.g. "exploring outbound automation tools"){company}– the lead's company name{CTA}– your call to action
You can also generate a preview of a message for a specific lead directly from the Campaign tab by clicking Edit → Generate Preview.
The Ask Feature
The Ask feature lets you find leads using plain-language search queries, pulling results from LinkedIn and additional web data sources.
Example queries:
"Find me SaaS founders in San Francisco who recently raised funds"
"Find attendees from [industry trade show] who are VPs of Sales"
The agent will search the web, match results against its database, and return a set of contacts you can add directly to a campaign.
Copilot
The Copilot tab shows upcoming outreach actions across all agents:
Autopilot view – shows all actions scheduled in the next 10 hours; you can edit individual messages before they send.
Review view – if Review Mode is on, you approve or reject each lead before they are contacted.
Contacts
The Contacts tab aggregates leads from all your agents in one place. You can:
Filter by response status, agent, or list name
Mark leads as a good or poor fit (GojiBerry's AI will learn from your feedback)
Manually enrich leads to find email addresses
For multi-channel agents, email enrichment happens automatically when a lead reaches the email step. GojiBerry uses a waterfall enrichment process across 15+ data sources, with two de-bouncers to keep bounce rates low.
Uni-Box (Unified Inbox)
The Uni-Box consolidates all LinkedIn and email replies in one place. Use the Interested tab to quickly identify leads who have responded positively — these are your highest-priority follow-ups.
Insights
The Insights tab gives you a detailed breakdown of agent performance, including:
Leads generated per day
Active signals and the leads they produced
Top-performing intent signals per agent
