How to Use the “Send Email” Step in Campaigns

You can now add Send Email as a step inside your campaigns to automate email outreach directly from the platform.

Step 1: Connect Your Email Account
Before using the feature, you need to connect your email account.

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Open the Email Accounts tab

  3. Connect your email address

Currently, only Gmail accounts are supported.


Step 2: Add the “Send Email” Step to a Campaign
Once your email account is connected:

  1. Open your campaign

  2. Add a new step

  3. Select Send Email

You can then configure the email step by choosing:

  • Same message for everyone — sends the same email content to all contacts in the campaign

After selecting this option, fill in:

  • Subject — the subject line of your email

  • Email Body — the content of your email message
