How to connect your LinkedIn account (step-by-step)

Connecting your LinkedIn account is required to send campaigns directly from Gojiberry.

Here’s how to do it safely and correctly in under 2 minutes:

Step-by-step

  1. Go to Settings → LinkedIn Accounts

  2. Click on "Connect account" or ''Send connection email''

  3. Choose your connection method "Credentials Login" or "Infinite Login"

"Credentials Login" :

  • Enter your LinkedIn email and password

  • Click Connect

  • If LinkedIn sends a verification code, enter it

✅ That’s it - you’re connected.

"Infinite Login" :

To use it, you need app-based 2FA (not SMS) on your LinkedIn account.

  • Go to LinkedIn → Settings → Sign in & security

  • Open Two-step verification

  • If using SMS, click Turn off, then Turn on → Authenticator app

  • Scan the QR code with your app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)

  • Copy the secret key / backup code shown by LinkedIn and paste it below

''Send connection email'':

1 - Choose the 'send connection email''

2 - Receive the email with instructions at the address provided and click the button to connect the LinkedIn account:

3 - Enter linkedin credentials

4 - After that, you will receive an email at your LinkedIn email address with a code to complete the connection. This is the 6 digit code that must be entered to finish the connection process:

5 - After that the connection is completed.

If you don't receive the verification email after completing step 4, please wait at least 5 minutes and check all of your email folders, including Spam, Promotions, Social, and Updates. Also, make sure you're checking the email address associated with your LinkedIn account.

If you still don't receive the email, sign in to your LinkedIn account and change the current status of your two-factor authentication (2FA). If 2FA is enabled, temporarily disable it. If it's disabled, enable it. Then repeat the connection process from the beginning to see if LinkedIn sends the verification email with the authentication code.
