How the Leads Inbox works (and how to use it properly)

The Leads Inbox is your central hub for all detected and imported leads.

Here is what you can do from here :

This is where you can:

  • See who matched your signals

  • Filter by signal type or list

  • Enrich leads (email, phone, company data)

  • Add them to a specific list

  • Reject bad fits

  • Export your data

Best workflow:

Automatic :

  1. Open Leads Inbox

  2. Check new leads

  3. Put the ones you don't want as "not a fit" (red cross)

  4. The good ones will be sent to your specific campaign

Co-pilot :

  1. Open Leads Inbox

  2. Filter by the best signal

  3. Review profile quality

  4. Add qualified leads to a list, that will trigger a campaign

  5. Reject the rest

The more regularly you review your Leads Inbox, the better your overall results will be.
