How to filter or remove leads from a campaign

If you want to stop certain leads from being contacted by a campaign, you have several options.

1. From a List or the Leads Inbox

  1. Go to your List or Leads Inbox

  2. Find the contact you want to remove

  3. Choose one of the following:

    • Remove from list

    • Click “Not a fit” (this will freeze the contact)

Once a contact is marked as Not a fit, they will no longer receive any campaign actions.


2. From inside the Campaign (Next Actions)

You can preview and control who will be contacted next.

  1. Go to Campaigns

  2. Open the campaign

  3. Click on Next Actions

  4. You’ll see:

    • Who is scheduled to receive a connection request

    • Who is scheduled to receive a message

  5. If needed, remove specific contacts from the queue

This allows you to fully control who gets contacted before the action happens.
