How to reset your password
Go to the login page: https://app.gojiberry.ai/
Click on âForgot password?â
Enter the email address associated with your account
Click Submit
What happens next
After submitting your request, a password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.
From there, you can:
Create a new password
Regain access to your account
Replace your previous password (if you already had one)
Important notes
If you signed up using Google or LinkedIn, this process will also allow you to set a password for your account
Make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) if you donât see the email
Your new password will immediately replace the previous one once updated
