Review Mode is a lead qualification safety net in Gojiberry that allows you to manually inspect and approve or reject prospective leads before they enter your active outreach sequences.
It provides full control over who gets contacted, ensuring that your campaigns only engage prospects that strictly match your target ideal customer profile (ICP).
1. How Review Mode Works
When an agent surfaces leads based on your intent signals and search parameters, Gojiberry holds them for your explicit review instead of enrolling them directly into your campaign.
Lead Holding Queue: Newly discovered leads are placed into a pending queue within your agent dashboard.
Inspect Lead Profile: You can inspect prospect details—such as job title, company size, location, and triggered intent signals—to confirm their relevance.
Approve or Reject:
Approve: The lead is accepted and immediately moves forward into your automated outreach steps.
Reject: The lead is discarded from the campaign, ensuring no message will ever be sent to them and conserving your enrichment and outreach limits.
2. Why Use Review Mode?
Lead Quality Control: Prevents false-positive matches or low-fit leads from receiving automated outreach.
Testing New Signals: Ideal when setting up new intent signals or target parameters, allowing you to calibrate lead quality before fully automating sourcing.
Preserving Daily Limits: Ensures your shared account activity limits and enrichment credits are spent exclusively on verified, high-value prospects.
3. How to Set It Up in a Campaign
Navigate to your Agents tab and select your campaign.
Open your campaign Settings configuration.
Locate the Review Mode checkbox under lead qualification settings.
Mark the checkbox Review Mode to require manual lead approval, or uncheck it to let qualified leads automatically enter your outreach flow.
Click Save.
