Depending on the feature being used, AI providers may process limited information such as:
Professional profiles and company data
Prompts and instructions
Message drafts
Prospect replies and other message content
Lead information used for analysis or scoring
For example, Anthropic may process lead data used for scoring, as well as message drafts and reply content.
Where Is the Data Processed?
OpenAI and Anthropic are currently listed as Gojiberry subprocessors with processing locations in the United States.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, Gojiberry applies the appropriate safeguards described in our International Data Transfers documentation.
