How AI Competitor Filtering Works?

AI Filtering automatically keeps competitor companies out of your campaigns. Instead of building and maintaining a competitor list yourself, Gojiberry's AI identifies direct competitors and functional substitutes for you and blocks them before they reach your outreach.

What AI Filtering does?

Once it's turned on, AI Filtering checks every lead and company surfaced in your account and automatically blocks those that compete with your business or offer a similar solution. It works on top of your manual blocklist, so any companies or people you've already blocked yourself stay exactly as they are.

How to turn it on?

  • Go to Settings, open Account settings and select the Organization Blocklist tab.

  • At the top of the page you'll find the AI Filtering section.

  • Click the toggle, and a summary will appear showing the cost and how it will be charged.

  • Review the details, then click Turn on AI Filtering to confirm.

Once active, you'll see a green Active label next to the feature name.

Please note that only workspace admins can turn AI Filtering on or off. If you're not an admin, you'll see the names of the admins in your workspace so you can ask them to change the setting. You can still review the filtered companies either way.

Pricing

AI Filtering costs 50 credits per user per month, based on the number of users in your workspace.

When you turn it on in the middle of a billing cycle, you're only charged a prorated amount for the days left in that cycle. After that, the full monthly amount is charged on your renewal date.

Once it's active, the Organization Blocklist page shows your current cycle, when it renews and the total credits for your workspace. The number of competitors filtered doesn't affect the price, so blocking more companies never costs extra.

You can turn AI Filtering off at any time.

Reviewing filtered companies

To see which companies have been blocked, click Review filtered companies in the AI Filtering section. A panel will open with every company filtered over the last days, along with the total count. Each company appears with its logo and a clickable link to its website, so you can quickly check what they do. You can also use the search bar to find a specific company.

If the AI has blocked a company that isn't actually a competitor, click Not a competitor next to its name. That company will be allowed in your campaigns from then on.
