If you want to make sure you never accidentally contact competitors, existing customers or specific people, you can add them to your Blocklist. Gojiberry will automatically keep these companies and people out of your campaigns.
1. How the Blocklist Works
The Blocklist acts as a master filter across your entire Gojiberry workspace.
Global protection: once a company or person is added, Gojiberry stops any automated actions (connection requests, messages or emails) from being sent to them.
Campaign exclusion: if a lead matches one of your agents' signals but belongs to a blocked company or is a blocked person, they will be skipped automatically.
2. What Can You Block?
Companies: add the website domain (for example, competitor.com or clientcompany.com) and optionally the company name. Anyone associated with that domain will be excluded from your outreach.
People: add their LinkedIn profile URL. This is useful when you want to avoid contacting one individual without blocking their whole company, such as a partner, an investor or someone who asked not to be contacted.
3. How to Set It Up
Go to Settings and open Account settings.
Select the Organization Blocklist tab.
In the Manual blocklist section, click Add.
Choose the category you want to block: Companies or People.
Choose how you'd like to add your entries:
Add manually, best for small lists. For companies, type the domain (required) and company name (optional). For people, type the LinkedIn profile URL.
Import a CSV file. For companies, include a website_domain column (required) and an optional company_name column. For people, include a linkedin_url column.

Once added, your entries appear in the Companies or People tab, where you can search them, delete them or download your full list as a CSV.
