When will I see leads?
Most users begin seeing their first matching leads within a few hours. In some cases, it may take 24–48 hours after your source agent is created and activate.
Your Source Agent launches multiple times throughout the day to search for leads that match your criteria. Because of this, leads are added gradually rather than all at once. If you're targeting a high-volume niche, you may start seeing leads within minutes of the first launch.
You can monitor your Source Agent's activity at any time by visiting the Activity tab.
When will outreach begin?
Once your Source Agent has found leads, your Outreach Agent takes over.
The Outreach Agent launches once per day and executes your campaign workflow by sending LinkedIn connection requests, LinkedIn messages, and emails (if configured).
All outreach actions follow the sequence and delays you've configured in your Campaign.
How many leads should I expect?
The number of leads you receive depends on several factors, including:
Your target market size
Your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
The Signals you've selected
Some users receive 3–5 leads per day, while others receive 100+ leads per day, depending on how broad or narrow their targeting is.
A common misconception
Many users expect to book meetings immediately after launching their first campaign.

What if I don't see any leads after 48 hours?
If you haven't received leads after 48 hours, check the following:
Are you using the mandatory keywords option in your ICP?
Are your ICP filters (such as Job Titles or Industries) too restrictive?
Are your Signals active and generating enough activity (posts, comments, engagement, hiring events, etc.)?
