🤖 AI Agent / Signals Agent
Your AI-powered assistant that automatically searches for leads based on the ICP and SIGNALS you configure and add them to a CONTACT LIST.
The AI Agent continuously analyzes LinkedIn activity and behavior to identify prospects that may match your target audience.
🎯 ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
The description of the type of lead you want the AI to search for.
Your ICP can include:
Job titles
Industries
Company size
Keywords to search or avoid
Locations
Seniority levels
Additional Criteria and instruction
The more detailed your ICP is, the more targeted your leads will be.
📡 Signals
Signals are behaviors or activities that the AI uses to identify potential leads.
Examples of signals include:
Competitor engagement
Job changes
Likes, comments, and posts
Hiring activity
Company growth
Profile activity
Signals help the AI find people who may already have buying intent or interest related to your niche.
📥 Leads Inbox/ Contact Lists
The place where all detected/generated leads appear.
From there, you can:
Review leads
Move leads into campaigns
Filter contacts
Manage outreach lists
🚀 Campaign
A Campaign is an automated outreach workflow where you define what actions should be performed with your leads 😊
Inside a campaign, you add a lead list. This list can be:
Generated by an AI Agent
A combination of multiple AI Agents
Imported manually by you
After adding the leads, you can configure the actions/steps you want the campaign to perform, such as:
Sending LinkedIn invitations
Sending LinkedIn messages
Visiting LinkedIn profiles
Sending emails
You can also define the delay between each action however you prefer.
⚠️ Important:
For LinkedIn message steps to happen, the lead must first accept your connection invitation.
Once a lead replies to a message, the campaign will automatically stop for that specific lead, allowing you to continue the conversation manually 😊
🧠 Additional Criteria
Extra instructions added to the AI Agent to help refine lead quality.
This field is commonly used to:
Prioritize specific industries
Focus on certain company types
Avoid low-quality leads
Give higher/lower scores to specific profiles
Example:
“Prioritize B2B SaaS companies and avoid agencies or consultants.”
🔥 Warm Lead
A lead already showing signs of interest or engagement.
Examples:
Accepted your connection request
Replied to a message
Engaged with content
Visited your profile
Warm leads usually have a higher chance of responding positively.
📧 Enrichment
The process of adding additional information to a lead.
This can include:
Email addresses
Company information
Social profiles
Job details
Contact data
🧩 Workflow
The sequence of steps inside a campaign.
Example workflow:
Send invitation
Send icebreaker message
Visit profile
Send follow-up
Send email
📝 Templates
Templates are instructions/prompts used to guide AI-generated messages.
Templates can help control:
Tone of voice
Language
Style
Personalization
Structure of messages
You can also create fully manual templates with fixed messages.
👀 Review Mode
A feature that allows you to review and approve messages before they are sent.
When enabled, new leads entering the campaign will wait for approval before outreach actions are launched.
🚫 Blacklist
A list of contacts that should never be contacted by campaigns.
Blacklists are useful to:
Avoid duplicate outreach
Exclude existing customers
Prevent overlap with other tools or team members
You can create a blacklist by adding the contacts you want to exclude into a new list. This will prevent those contacts from being added to other lists, since the same contact cannot belong to two different lists at the same time.
📊 Insights
The analytics section where you can track how your signals, campaigns, and outreach are performing.
Insights can help you:
Identify strong/weak signals
Improve ICP quality
Optimize campaign performance
Refine lead generation strategies
