On Gojiberry, it is possible to have an account and members associated with that account. These features are only available on the main owner’s account :
If the owner wants to log in quickly and easily to one of the members’ account, they can do so here:
Click on your name in the bottom left-hand corner to open the window.
By default, the account owner’s name appears at the very top.
The window displays a list of your team members. You can search for them directly in the dedicated search box. If you click on their name, you will be automatically redirected to their account.
To get an overview of the activities and see the dashboard, click on ‘team activity’ (1) in the main menu on the left. You will then be able to view the team dashboard, member by member:
2. A list of each member
3. Data for the whole team
4. The option to view figures for the last 7 days, months or the current month.
As a team leader, you can also log in to members’ accounts from this same screen by clicking on the ‘log out’ icon at the end of each member’s row
It is also possible to export data. To do so, click on ‘Export’, and the following options will be available: Export as a CSV file, by member, or as a PDF report (The PDF report contains the information from the dashboard)
