Send the leads Gojiberry finds into Attio, keep people you already know out of outreach, and log LinkedIn and email activity as notes on the person. Connecting takes a few minutes and does not use credits.
How to connect
You need a Gojiberry paid plan, and permission to install apps in your Attio workspace. Only an Attio workspace admin can approve Gojiberry, because the access is granted to the whole workspace.
In Gojiberry, go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to Attio.
Choose Log in with Attio, then Continue to Attio. Sign in, pick the workspace, and approve Gojiberry.
Back in Gojiberry, map your fields, choose which Attio lists Gojiberry may read, and pick which leads to send. Then click Save.
ℹ️ Nothing is sent until you save
A first sign-in starts in manual mode, with no fields mapped. Map the fields, choose a send mode, and save before leads start moving to Attio.
Connect with an API key instead
On the same screen, choose Use an API key, paste a key from Attio, and click Verify. The key needs Read & Write on Records and Notes, and Read on Object Configuration. To import Attio lists, also give it Read on List Configuration and List Entries.
You create that key in Attio under Settings → Developers → API keys. Attio’s own guide is Generating an API key.
What Gojiberry reads from Attio
Gojiberry reads your workspace so it does not prospect people you already have, and so you can pull a list of people into a campaign. It does not change those records while reading them.
From Attio | Why Gojiberry reads it |
People and companies (records) | Before outreach, Gojiberry checks whether the person is already in Attio, matched by email, then LinkedIn URL. People already in your pipeline are not contacted again when that exclusion is on. |
Lists of people | From a campaign, open Lead sources and choose Attio list under Import from. Gojiberry copies the people on that list into a new Gojiberry list. You can keep it in sync so people added to the Attio list later are imported too. People removed from the Attio list stay in Gojiberry. |
💡 You choose the lists
Gojiberry only reads the lists you pick. It does not import your whole workspace on its own.
What Gojiberry writes to Attio
Gojiberry creates and updates people and companies, and adds notes on the person. It only sends leads you have chosen: every new lead, only the ones who reply, or only the ones you export by hand.
Into Attio | What is written |
People and companies (records) | A person for each lead you send, linked to their company. Typical fields are name, work email, phone, job title, LinkedIn URL, and company name. You choose which Gojiberry fields fill which Attio attributes. An existing person is updated rather than duplicated: email is checked first, then LinkedIn URL. |
Notes on the person | LinkedIn and email activity is logged on the Attio person: a message sent, a LinkedIn invitation accepted, and a reply. A new person can also get a note with the signal that found the lead. Each activity is logged once. |
Notes need the Notes permission. If it is missing, the activity toggles stay off and no notes are written. Records already in Attio are never deleted by Gojiberry.
How to disconnect
In Gojiberry, go to Settings → Integrations.
On the Attio card, click the trash icon (Delete this app).
Confirm with Remove.
Gojiberry stops reading Attio and stops sending leads and notes. People, companies, and notes already in Attio stay there. You can connect again later from the same page.
To revoke access from Attio’s side, open the app in your Attio workspace and remove Gojiberry. The connection in Gojiberry then stops working until you connect again.
Frequently asked questions
Attio says the app is not approved. Can I still connect?
Yes. Until Attio publishes Gojiberry in its app store, Attio shows that warning and limits how many workspaces can install the app. Approving it still connects your workspace.
I signed in and no lead appeared in Attio.
A new sign-in does not send anything until you map fields, choose which leads to send, and click Save. Check the integration logs on the Attio settings if a lead was skipped.
Who can approve the connection?
An Attio workspace admin. If you are not an admin, Attio refuses the approval and Gojiberry shows “Attio connection failed”. Ask an admin to connect, or paste an API key instead.
Does disconnecting delete my Attio data?
No. Removing the integration only stops future sync. Records and notes already written in Attio are left as they are.
