Editing an existing campaign

You can edit your campaign at any time to adjust your workflow, messages, delays, and outreach strategy 😊

To edit a campaign:

  1. Open the campaign you want to modify

  2. Click the Edit button in the top-right corner of the workflow page

From there, you’ll be able to add, remove, or edit your campaign steps.


🚀 Available Campaign Steps

Currently, you can add the following actions to your workflow:

  • 💬 Send LinkedIn Message

  • 🎤 Send LinkedIn Voice Message

  • 👀 Visit LinkedIn Profile

  • 📧 Send Email to Leads

Messages can be:

  • AI-generated

  • Guided using templates/prompts

  • Fully manual and customized


⚠️ Important Notes

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Steps With Active Leads

If a step already contains contacts/leads, it cannot be deleted until the step becomes empty.


🔄 Reordering Steps

At the moment, workflow steps cannot be dragged or reordered, but you can remove/delete a middle step.

If you want to change the order of steps, you’ll need to recreate them in the desired sequence.


📨 Invitation Step

The Send Invitation step can only be added or removed during campaign creation.

After the campaign is created, you can still:

  • Edit the invitation message

  • Enable or disable “Invitation with Note”


💡 Recommended Workflow

A common campaign flow used by many users is:

  1. Connection Invitation

  2. Icebreaker Message

  3. Follow-up Adding Value

  4. Final Follow-up Message

You can also add:

  • 👀 Profile visits between messages

  • 📧 Emails as additional touchpoints

to increase visibility and engagement.


📧 Sending Emails

The email step allows you to contact leads outside LinkedIn.

To use this feature, you must first connect a Gmail account in your settings.

Email messages can also be:

  • AI-generated

  • Template-guided

  • Fully manual/customized

This is a great way to create additional touchpoints with your leads 😊
