Because Gojiberry is a software and data-driven service, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments.

⚠️ Important Information

  • Canceling your subscription does not automatically generate a refund

  • All subscription charges are considered final once processed

  • Refund requests, if submitted, are reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis by our team

If you experience a technical issue, duplicate charge, or billing error, please contact our support team. We’ll review the situation and take the appropriate action if necessary.
